We are aware some of our customers have potentially experienced login issues caused by recent updates to Chromium-based browsers, including Chrome, Edge. These updates modified how cookies are managed and passed between sites. The main issue occurs when you navigate from our bank’s homepage to the GoBanking login page—Chrome does not always send the necessary cookies with the request. This results in failure to log in or repeatedly facing authentication challenges requiring codes at each login. In the October release, GoBanking addressed this issue by updating the SameSite flag on these cookies to ensure Chromium-based browsers send the correct cookies with requests.
The following images are a visual tool to assist our customers with selecting the correct browser cookie settings for GoBanking.

If you continue to have this issue on a browser, we recommend deleting your cookies for the site. This should allow those cookies to update and start sending the correct ones on requests.
